Support Small Hotels - An Initiative started by PK Group of Hotels & Apartments post the Covid Pandemic is for small Independent Hotels to become self sustain again in this new era where technology has changed everything and travel related fear because of the pandemic exists. 

The idea was undertaken because Hotels whether small or big, independent or chain hotels, serviced apartments or guest houses have all faced a lot of hardships during the Covid pandemic. Even now post 2 years, Only few have become profitable. There has been so support from the Government or Hotel Associations etc. 

The toughest fight has been for the un-organised sector. The Small to Medium Hotels have no access to capital needed to support there daily expenses and hence the quality has also deteriorated in the period. Hotels mostly operating the the un-organised sector had there tie-up with OYO Hotels - A startup Hotel Company in India which had the largest room base in India prior to Covid-19. However once Covid hit hospitality, Oyo also shutdown its guarantee rental business thus ensuring it doesnt have any liabilities to the losses its partners will have to incur.

Because of this main reason, Most small Hotels & guest houses have faced a lot of losses because of the pandemic. Some have closed the others are facing closure. So at PK Group, We felt the need to support local Hotels who don't have the expertise that chain hotels do.

PK Group of Hotels is offering Capital as well as operational expertise to a lot of small Hotels & guest houses in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida & Gurugram. Most of these hotels were dependent wholesome on OYO for business, but now we are making them Independent and profitable. Huge Technological Advancements have taken place in hospitality and we are training them for the same too. 

We have already expanded our foothold in Noida with more than 5 Hotels & 10 Serviced Apartments. Now we are increasing our hold in Greater Noida.
